The Youth Engagement Plan is designed to help you identify and clearly communicate your work with youth. This is an adaptation of the impact gap canvas tool, intersectionality-based policy analysis framework, and S.M.A.R.T. reflections.

This interactive tool is grounded in principles of equity and intersectionality.It walks users through goal setting, outreach, engagement methods, communications, and post-engagement practices, while emphasizing fair compensation and accessibility. By using this tool, organizations can design intentional, inclusive, and impactful youth engagement processes that center youth voices and strengthen long-term collaboration.

The Demystifying Climate Adaptation Module is a collaborative learning resource developed by the Youth4Youth capstone team in partnership with Youth Climate Lab (YCL).

Created over eight months of research, design, writing, and iterative feedback, the module emerged from a shared commitment to making climate adaptation education more accessible, inclusive, and engaging for young people.

We won’t get to the just, equitable, and climate-resilient future we dream of alone—it’s gonna take radical collaboration.

Radical collaboration means working with others in ways that are open-ended, non-conventional and non-traditional, to spark transformative action and solutions through unusual and unexpected connections for current environmental problems within our communities. It is built off the premise of what might we be able to do, that we can't even imagine yet if we bring together a wide range of folks and/or unexpected connections.

Gather classmates, coworkers, comrades, or friends and use these conversation cards as a starting point to new collaborations. Choose your own journey through the cards and take turns answering each prompt together. Happy collabing!
